Got an email this morning….
Kate Spade’s having a sample sale. Get gorgeous shoes, clothes, handbags, and jewelry for up to 75% off. All sales are final.
Dear Kate Spade designers,
Please stop making pretty clothes and shoes.
I cannot afford your clothes. They sure are pretty though. I love jackets and trench coats. Your Watercolor Rose Lauren Trench coat is gorgeous but it’s over $600. Boo.
Also, I’d like to add that this color palate is what I wore for my wedding. I am a huge black, white, pink fan. See below! Don’t get too excited through. This awesome black and white trench (from Nordstrom) belongs to my mother and she won’t let me have it. But I still have my fuchsia Tadashi dress.
I also love the tromp l’oeil valerie jacket. It is simply stunning and clever with the “deceptive” print that looks like stitching. But unless I get a huge raise at work–which is unlikely–I cannot afford you either, dear jacket.
Le sigh. the white jacket with the black blouse, dark jeans, red lipstick, and yellow necklace makes my heart flutter. I am a huge fan of the vintage/retro look. Too bad it’s so expensive… Kate Spade, please make a more affordable line and I will buy it!!! Promise!
What do you think of Kate Spade?
It seems that my last dozen or so posts have been about shoes. Well, I’m still on this shoe kick. I can’t get shoes off my mind…crazy me. Even though I haven’t actually made a ShoeDazzle purchase (I have bought from JustFabulous), There are many dazzling heels that I’ve been drooling over.
Here they are:
Whoo. That was a lot. I definitely have shoes on the brain and you’ll also notice a few central themes: pumps, peep toes, and all heels. At $39.95, the prices aren’t bad but ShoeDazzle is a shoe club where you basically have to make a purchase every month. Similar to JustFabulous, Sole Society, and JewelMint.
What do you think of my shoe wishlist? Have you ever tried ShoeDazzle?

My friend Chee from Shoe Doctor, PhD just introduced me to Plum District, a coupon site a la Groupon but marketed toward mothers. Although I am not a mother nor expecting to be anytime soon, I went ahead and made my first purchase because…drum roll please… they were offering a Sole Society deal. A pair of awesome shoes for only $25 (a $49.95 value), so obviously I had to jump on it. HURRY if you’re interested. this deal expires midnight 8/16 [tonight]!
I had blogged a little while ago about wanting the Sole Society Accent – a patent leather lipstick red peep toe stunner. Then it sold out and I was bummed. But now it’s baaaack! and IT WILL BE MINE (at a discounted price thanks to Chee. (I am a bargain shopper after all. There is no sartorial debauchery here).
On a side not, The Shoe Doctor is AWESOME and you should totally check out her site. She is a serious shoe-a-holic and a great resource for shoes, deals, and Sole Society in particular. Check out her instruction on how to use the Plum District deal; you can totally tell she’s a scientist from her extreme thoroughness:0)
