pastels aren’t just for Easter eggs

I hope everyone had a great Easter! My hubby and I spent the weekend with my Mom in Richmond, Va and had a great time! So happy to have seen my mom.

Earlier this week, I wore a pastel outfit that I really liked and I hadn’t even noticed that I looked like a basket of Easter eggs.

Pretty Pastels

Pretty Pastels – jacket: consignment store, pink top: Belk, mint skinny pants: Forever21; Shoes: Shoedazzle Turquoise Amour

I really love the Shoedazzle Amour pump… SO SEXY… but not very comfortable. Even though I went up half a size, these narrow pumps still somewhat squish my toes.

So, even though it was worn post-Easter, I really liked this outfit. Pastels aren’t just for Easter eggs šŸ™‚

What do you all think of pastel outfits or pieces? Yay or Nay?

  1. I think it looks fantastic!!! Bummer the heels are not the most comfortable. I hope you try to stretch them a little. Perhaps you will find some other great outfits to use them with. šŸ˜‰

    1. thanks H.E.! Yeah, I’m really not sure about those shoes, which is sad because I begged for them for my birthday and my husband ended up getting them for me so they’re special to me.

  2. are the aldo pumps you have comfier? šŸ™‚ I really love the stars on yours , did you find any difference between the two? *___* I’m not sure if I want to buy the sequiny one or the leather one – šŸ˜€ which do you like more?

    1. In my experience, the leather one is more comfy. Also, some of the sequins fell off already and I’ve only worn them once. So if you want a more comfortable shoe that will last longer, I’d go with the leather one.
