an art show outfit

All dressed upAll dressed up

On Wednesday evening, hubby and I got all dressed up to go to this amazing art show in Raleigh called RAW. We had such a great time – there were all sorts of artists, jewelry makers, photographers, music, etc. I even got to meet one of my favorite photographers and he was impressed that I knew who he was.

The venue was this super cool placed called Lincoln Theater, which often holds music shows. They had a neat mural outside of Abe Lincoln riding a Lincoln car. I had fun meeting people and I even ended up with a necklace, a bracelet, and a framed cross-stitch for the hubby.

Hubby picked out this dress for me to wear and I decided to go with the pin-up style, since I just love a retro look.

HAPPY FRIDAY! hope everyone has a great weekend!

    1. thank you so much Natasha…yes I love the clutch. I bought it many many years ago when I was in college and it was an impulse buy at the time. I’m glad I did though because it’s still cool. 🙂

  1. Damn girl, look at those curves! You look amazing! I’m definitely not surprised your hubby picked the dress! I love the pin up style on you, so gorgeous! Glad you had a fun night!

    1. Thank you sweetie! I didn’t expect him to pick this one out but I’m glad he did. Except it was so tight that the slit in the back ripped a little – oops 🙂
