laid back {a thrift style thursday post}

ok I know I’m a little late for thrift style thursday, but I guess better late than never, right:)

One of my go-to laid back styles is skinny jeans + tee or shirt + blazer + flats. Here’s an outfit that I wore to work the other day. I felt comfortable but still put-together for the office.

  1. LOVE! That is such a pretty and unique blazer! And of course you know I love the polka dots 🙂

    1. funny story about the blazer – when I saw it at the Salvation Army store I was instantly smitten…then I saw a large yellow stain on the inside of the collar. Totally bought it anyway. Getting it drycleaned helped a little with the stain but it just goes to show that sometimes I can’t resist thrifted things, even with stains. xo

  2. Definitely better late than never – LOVE this outfit! Super cute polka dot blouse, and I love it paired with the pink blazer and dark jeans! Absolutely adorable look (and I love those shoes!)!! 🙂

    1. Thanks, dear. She’s better – her eye is improving! Hoping for a full recovery and that she can see like normal again, her doc is optimistic and so am I. Thanks for asking:) She also is in talks to get a book contract, which is really exciting and good for her career prospects too! xoxo
