nice & nautical {thrift style thursday}

Well, it’s no longer Thursday but better late than never! I couldn’t let this TST go by without participating because I love the nautical theme. I decided to really have fun with this theme and go for a little more costume-y. I even wore my outfit to work and got a few complements. It was a rainy, stormy day, so the outfit kind of made sense, especially with my polka dot rainboots.

Then my mom surprised me quite a bit when she said she wanted us to take a “selfie” – I had no idea she knew what that meant. 😉 How silly.

  1. Loving all those looks!

    And isn’t it a tad scary when your mothers gets into technology?! My mom spends more time on Facebook than I do!!! It cracks me up.

  2. AAAAAAAAAdorable! You look so ridiculously cute! I also loved that you shared more of your nautical looks too; great inspiration for me 🙂

    1. Thanks!!! And yes you should get these boots! They are so comfortable! I heard that people were sizing up and that’s what I did. They are about 1/2 size too large but I like that because I can wear thick socks with them in the winter and they’ll fit. I highly recommend them!

    1. Hello, no, not barefoot. I am wearing socks. As for taking them off, they are quite easy to take off. They are half size too large and come off quite easily. This particular model has a small “lip” on the back of the wellies/boots that allow you to use your other foot to push them off. It works well.
