I’ve been wanting a jumpsuit for a while. The idea of wearing one thing and shoes and that’s it – well, it’s kind of like wearing a onesie or a nightie – and I like it. So when I forgot to skip the month for JustFab and ended up with a credit, I decided to give the JustFab Mandy Jumpsuit a try. It’s super comfortable and was a pleasure to wear to work.
My place of work is a pretty casual office, although I do like to dress up a tiny bit business casual. So yes, a jumpsuit is acceptable workwear 🙂 Plus I straightened my hair for the first time in a while and didn’t notice how long it had gotten!

Another month, another budget! 2 months ago, I tried to bring my budget down from about $100 per month to $25 per month. I knew I wouldn’t easily accomplished, but I just wanted to get down to a lower amount so that I could use the difference for a newly acquired car payment. Well, last month’s budget was totally demolished. Let’s see how I did this month.

I finally have a piece from the Phillip Lim x Target collection!
I hadn’t planned on buying anything but went into Target looking for shampoo for hubby and left with this super cute skirt – and it was on clearance! I loved the color (mustard) and the fun print right away, when I put it on, I really loved the style too 😉
I can’t believe tomorrow’s monday again… sad face.

I’ve really embraced the whole layering for warmth (AND style) thing. Here I am, wearing a sleeveless ponte dress over a long-sleeved shirt. My legs were cold though, should have worn tights 🙂
Next thing to try: layering a dress with a collared shirt!
Do you like to wear layers? Would you layer a dress?
Dress: Jennifer Lopez (Kohls) ponte dress, thrifted $4.59. also worn here.
Shirt: Michael Stars 3/4 sleeve red shirt, thrifted $3.59

I wore this dress last week on a day when the weather was more spring-like and less fall-like. I love yellow, and even though I don’t think it looks great on me all the time, I still love to wear the color.
And once again, I’m wearing my JustFab Luxe Remington bootie. It might be all worn out by the end of the season 🙂
