I am so excited that I FINALLY thrifted a chambray shirt (I have a denim one too but I was looking for a lighter weight shirt). I decided to wear it for the first time yesterday with my green skinny jeans + a tank top.
How am I going to wear it next? leave your ideas below!
Outfit Details: Top: White Stag Chambray shirt, thrifted $3.59 Jeans: David Kahn green skinny jeans/leggings, ideeli Tank: Karen Kane tank top, thrifted $3.59 Shoes: Sand colored peep toe pumps, thrifted $4.59 (can’t remember brand) Necklace:Jewelmint Scene Stealer $29.99
I guess my good thrifting luck hasn’t run out yet because I keep finding cute stuff. I picked up this elegant velvet j. crew dress last week and I wanted to go ahead and wear it before the weather started warming up (spring will be here soon!).
ALSO, I found this awesome Coach signature stripe crossbody / purse at Goodwill over the weekend. I’m sure I annoyed the lady working the counter because I kept trying to see if it was authentic. I Googled the serial number on my phone, image searched, etc. What helped the most was just calling the Coach customer service number. They were able to help me out by confirming that the serial number matched the bag style (although they said they do not authenticate over the phone). I also picked up a cute Coach mini wallet along with the bag for $15.
Check out my outfit:
Outfit details: Dress: J. Crew purple/grey velvet dress, thrifted $4.59 Necklace: vintage brown and cream chunky beaded necklace, thrifted $2 Shoes: metallic Cole Haan croco peeptoe pumps, Poshmark, $30 Bag: Coach black signature stripe crossbody (can also be worn as a regular over the shoulder bag too), thrifted $24
+ Straightened my hair!
I have no idea who Wallis Fashion is but I like these shoes so I thought I’d share them.
I am a big fan of bows on heels and (as you know) patent. These cute pumps have both and with a heel around 3″ high, they’re perfect for work. The beige color is a perfect neutral to wear with black, navy, red, or any other color in your wardrobe.
What do you think of this cutie? Have you ever shopped at Wallis?
It’s snowing again today. Just a little bit but it’s a big deal here in central NC…
Time to look at more shoes…
Payless has some cute new shoes that I wanted to share with you. As you may know, I’m a fan of the payless designer collection. They seem to put out some really unique and fairly-priced shoes. Well, there are new shoes out for the Spring 2013 collection. Also, I really liked this banner that Payless is featuring. It makes the shoes really stand out.
These are awesome and fun but slightly impractical. I haven’t seen shimmery iridescence since the late 90s but I like it.
These are just a pair of basic nude/beige patent pumps but I liked that they had a little bit of a retro flair with the rounded toe, that they had really good reviews online and also the price isn’t bad either.
I am loving these Lauren Conrad platform High Heels. They’re beige/nude and peep toe and sling backs AND patent leather (faux), which I love! A little edgy with a couple of studs but with an undeniable femininity…plus for under $40! Not bad!
